As a Generator, I have a tendency to respond to ideas in real time, moving fast and full-steam ahead. All it takes is one moment of inspiration for me to drop the rest of that day’s to-do list and deep dive into ideation and creation. And while that energy is powerful, it’s also draining and often distracting. Sometimes I’m so quick to run with something and post it that it will be a week later and I’ll find myself still editing the captions.

Over time, I realized both my ideas and my nervous system needed more rhythm, more ritual, more space to breathe. So… I created a new process to slow my own process down.
