That’s why I created Brand Somatics: a practice rooted in the idea that your brand is an energetic extension of you, the founder. When your internal world is in flux, your external brand expression often reflects it.
Just like our bodies have energy centers, our brands do too. These zones influence how your business expresses itself, connects with others, and maintains momentum. When one is blocked, it can throw the whole system off balance.
What is Brand Somatics?
At its core, Brand Somatics is about embodiment. It’s the meeting point between nervous system regulation, intuitive clarity, and expressive leadership. This work is about cultivating inner coherence so your brand radiates outer resonance.
And the chakra system gives us a powerful map for doing that.
The Brand Chakra System
Think of the below as your brand’s energetic diagnostic tool:
❤️ Root (Foundation + Safety)
Are you clear on what you do and who it's for? Does your business model feel sustainable? If not, your brand may lack the groundedness that fosters trust.
🧡 Sacral (Creativity + Connection)
Does your brand voice feel alive? Do you share from a place of truth? Blocks here often show up as over-polished messaging, people-pleasing, or creative burnout.
💛 Solar Plexus (Power + Identity)
Do you claim your expertise? Take up space? When this center is dim, founders often overwork, undercharge, or second-guess their leadership.
💚 Heart (Resonance + Relationships)
Is your work coming from a place of real care? Can people feel you? A closed heart center can make your brand feel detached or overly performative.
🩵 Throat (Expression + Voice)
Do you speak clearly and consistently? Are you saying the thing you’re really here to say? Many brands hide behind trends or jargon instead of the truth.
💙 Third Eye (Vision + Intuition)
Are you trusting your inner knowing, or getting stuck in comparison? Misalignment here leads to chasing strategies that aren't yours or losing sight of the long game.
💜 Crown (Alignment + Purpose)
Do you feel spiritually connected to your work? Is your business part of something greater? This is where your brand becomes a channel, not just a structure.
How I Practice this with my Clients
Each of my four coaching pathways are rooted in Brand Somatics, honing in on the energy centers associated with our focused topic. We move through each chakra center with a mix of conversation, embodiment, and brand-focused integration, uncovering where your energy is blocked and how that misalignment shows up in your business.
