Lately, I’ve been in a crazy creative flow.
The kind that doesn’t ask for a tidy to-do list or a polished launch plan, but the kind that rushes in like a tide. Sometimes it's gentle, sometimes a wave of… whoa.
This flow’s been invigorating and exciting, but also scattered and overwhelming at times. I’ve been dreaming (vividly, lucidly), adding pages and sections to my Notion daily, concepting new ideas and offerings, writing and voice-noting… and none of this is really for the sake of output, but because the ideas won’t stop flowing.
Lately, I’ve been holding a lot.
The kind of “a lot” that isn’t necessarily heavy… just full. Full of creative energy. Full of ideas that want to be born. Full of joy from the conversations I’ve been having on calls with new and existing coaching clients. Full of insight from deep dives into Human Design, the Enneagram, and astrology (wow, am I in love with connecting these three!). Full of the pure sweetness (and chaos) of a busy school break with my 3-year-old last week.
I’ve been quieter here because I’ve been living in that in-between space, where the magic is stirring but not quite ready to pour out publicly yet. Where I’m learning, building, parenting, connecting, and letting it all be just a little messy in the process.
Lately, I’ve been practicing acceptance
Accepting the messiness has been hard for the Capricorn sun in me. I’m so used to order, structure, and forward motion… but I’m learning to let my Libra moon soften those sharp edges, to let the Leo rising in me share even the imperfect pieces, to trust my Generator nature to follow what lights me up without needing it all to "make sense", to embrace my Shores environment by floating between working locations and modes, to lean into my type 2 (Enneagram) by connecting with, communicating deeply with, and helping others.
Accepting that whether it's having to stop my ideas mid-flow to run to preschool pickup or being sure to carve out time to organize my Notion so it feels synthesized and manageable at the end of each day, it's all a part of this beautiful process.
Accepting it's ok to give space to the discoveries I’ve been making.
Accepting it’s ok to be exactly where I am.
One “messy” idea that has taken on its own form:
I’m excited to launch a new offering, Source Signature (coming this or next week)! These are multi-layered, energetically aligned blueprint that draws from Human Design, Enneagram, and astrology, packaged nicely in a 50+ page PDF.
I’ve been creating them for friends and clients, and seeing how much they’ve helped these beautiful souls reconnect with their truth, realign their leadership style, and see themselves in a whole new light has been deeply affirming.
What’s surprised me most, though, is how seamlessly they’ve revealed themselves as the missing link in my coaching approach—like discovering a key I didn’t realize I’d been searching for. 🔑
The ability to take our work so much deeper has proven to be invaluable. These Signatures have become the connective tissue between the inner world and outer expression—offering language, clarity, and validation to what many of us feel but don’t always know how to articulate. They’ve brought cohesion to my work in ways I never expected, and given both me and my clients a powerful, aligned compass for navigating business, creativity, and life. Stay tuned!
And one idea that keeps inspiring me:
Clarity Sessions! 30 minutes, and yet somehow these potent coaching sprints are portal openers. I’ve met such thoughtful, expansive humans, and every conversation has left me lit up and filled to the brim with ideas for how to better guide founders.
If you’re curious, you can book one here.
About that Permission…
Yesterday, I had a soul reading with the radiant Charley Zheng of To The Keep (who came in through a Clarity Session!) and received the most validating message:
This is your season of creative profusion. Let it pour. Let it bloom. This is not the time to hold back.
So here’s a permission slip for all of us:
✨ You are allowed to pause.
✨ You are allowed to create without needing it to be productive.
✨ You are allowed to trust the timing of your expression.
✨ You are allowed to let beauty pour through you simply because it wants to.
And when in doubt, remind yourself:
I create because it brings me back to myself. I don’t need to rush the becoming.
I’ll be back soon with more. More explorations, more insights, more tools. More unleashing of my ideas. But for today, consider this a love note from the liminal in-between.
