Hello from the other side š
Community, dimensions, frequencies, and time warps.
The other side of what? Iām not sure. But something has clearly shifted.
Whether itās the new astrological year, crossing over the Spring equinox, wrapping up Mercury in retrogradeā¦ or perhaps itās the broader worldwide shift with more and more people reconnecting with themselves, healing, aligningā¦ whatever it is, Iām feeling it.
But Iām also feeling all of it ā the weight of collective grief that seems to accumulate faster than we know how to process it. Especially as we greet every hour with new headlines.
And yet life keeps moving. After a whirlwind work trip to NY, then my sonās school break, the lack of routine has me wondering which way is up. Iāve been in a time warp. Iām craving steadier ground, community, routine, regulation.
Here's what's been keeping me anchored:
Dimensions as perspectives vs places
We hear these words thrown around constantly: dimensions, timelines, 5D, new earthā¦ and I think so many of us picture them as destinations. Somewhere to ascend to, a different plane to travel to, a layer of reality weāre trying to access. But the more I sit with it, the more I believe theyāre not places at all. Theyāre ways of seeing.
What if the ādimensionā youāre operating in is the lens through which youāre experiencing your life right nowā¦ the perspective youāre choosing? The 5D shift we talk about doesnāt mean leaving the old Earth behind, but showing up to the same life with a fundamentally different orientation. When I talk about this in business, itās more a matter of rethinking our approach to crafting brands so that they lead with purpose, centering human needs and connection.
Iām seeing this more and more in my own day-to-day: the external circumstances havenāt changed, but when my inner frequency does, everything looks different.
That is my own shift. It was here all along.
Frequency, regulation, and dream worlds
Schumann Pro v2
Okay, I have to talk about this because itās been one of the most tangible experiments Iāve run in a while. Iāve been sleeping with a Schumann Pro v2 and my dream life, which I can only describe as always including major astral activity, has been amplified like nothing Iāve experienced before, especially when I tune it to 7.68 Hz.
Iāve been a vivid dreamer for years, but this feels different. My dreams have been much more grounded, intentional, multi-layered, and CLEAR.
During the work day, Iāve been testing different frequencies. 432 Hz has been supporting my creative flow and focus, meditating to some of the higher frequencies has been crazy in terms of activating my crown chakra, and I love that they include a breakdown of the planetary frequencies ā you know, if you want to tune your energy to your favorite parent planet š

The 128 Hz tuning fork
Something Iāve been reaching for in the evenings, or whenever I feel dysregulated mid-day: a 128 Hz weighted tuning fork, placed directly on my chest.

Tuning forks have been used in therapeutic settings for centuries, and 128 Hz is among the most commonly used frequencies in sound healing, for good reason. Itās considered a grounding frequency, associated with relaxation and the stimulation of nitric oxide release, which supports circulation and helps reduce inflammation. The vibrations stimulate the vagus nerve, which plays a key role in activating the parasympathetic nervous system
Placing it on the chest, right over the heart center, feels like a reset button I didnāt know I had. The vibration moves through you in a way thatās hard to describeā¦ less like sound and more like a reminder that your body knows how to come back to itself. Iāve been using it in the evenings as a wind-down ritual, and on the days when the noise of the world feels like too much.
If youāre curious about starting: look for a weighted Otto 128 tuning fork (the weighted style is best for body contact and goes way deeper than an unweighted fork). I buy mine from Healing Sounds. Strike it gently against a rubber activator or the palm of your hand (I sometimes use my knee too) and let it do its thing.
Community as an anchor
I recently joined two communities, one focused on divine female leadership, and one centered on embodied astrology and sacred rythmā¦ and I canāt overstate just how impactful itās already been to have these groups of women to keep me anchored and grounded as the year unfolds.
And my mom-village? Boy, has she grown since starting preschool almost two years ago. Iām constantly amazed at the beautiful, deep friendships that have blossomed from this experience. The way we understand and help each other, even the little coffees or a knowing eyeroll during a kidās meltdown ā these keep us going.
Something genuinely shifts when youāre in intentional community with people who get it. Not just to learn from, but to lean on. To be witnessed by.
And the ROI when you put your mental and emotional needs front and center is very real. It impacts your energy, your clarity, and yes, your work.
For the first time in my life, I feel genuinely supported, seen, invigorated, and inspired by my ever-growing community. It truly speaks to the power it can carry, in all of its forms.
Client updates:
On a different note, some exciting launches are in the pipeline. Toward the end of last year, I had an unusual volume of pre-founder clients come through my Spark Path coaching pathwayā¦ and nearly all of them are now in the final stretch of creative before their brand launches. This energy has been everything (and such a wonderful bright light).
Going through this process with so many female founders again has felt like a true return to my roots ā back to where I first started, in the early days of my design studio, when I discovered what it meant to bring someoneās dream to life through design. That first moment of delivering someone their brand and watching their face light upā¦ I became completely hooked.
But whatās different now is the depth weāre going into first. Pairing coaching upfront with the creative process means we donāt skip the inner work. We donāt try to brand something that hasnāt been fully excavated yet. And what comes out the other side isnāt just beautiful, itās aligned. It resonates.
Thereās a difference, and you can feel it.
